Irons & Wedges
Here is just a small sampling of some of the custom irons and wedges
we offer at Archery Plus. We are proud to offer the Snake Eyes line of
heads from Golfsmith. However, we can build any iron or wedge to your
specifications including Callaway, Taylor Made, etc.
Snake Eyes 600C iron heads are precision forged from billets of S45C carbon
steel to provide optimal feel with supreme accuracy. A new 5 step precision
forging process is an improvement over the traditonal 2 or 3 step forging
process. The new 5 step process produces more accurate raw forgings,
compacts the metal tighter for the elimination of voids and allows for less
grinding and polishing to give better consistency from head to head. The 600C
forged cavity back irons set up much like a blade at address but allow for better
shots on off-center hits. 600C irons are designed to be matched up with the
600B set. Players can choose to place the full set of 600C irons or they can use
the long and middle irons from the 600C and short irons from the 600B. The head
sizes, offsets, weights and topline appearance all match up no matter where the
player chooses to combine the 600C with the 600B (#se2660). Snake Eyes 600C
iron heads are the ultimate in looks, feel and playability for players who prefer a
clean, quality no frills set of irons. Scorelines and artwork are CNC milled for
accuracy.
The Snake Eyes 600C Forged Iron
Snake Eyes 600B iron heads are precision forged from billets of S45C carbon
steel to provide optimal feel for a clean muscle back design. A new 5 step
precision forging process is an improvement over the traditonal 2 or 3 step
forging process. The new 5 step process produces more accurate raw
forgings, compacts the metal tighter for the elimination of voids and allows for
less grinding and polishing to give better consistency from head to head. The
600B forged irons give a clean, classic set up at address. The beveled tour
trailing edge gives supreme playability from a variety of turf conditions. 600B
iron heads can be combined with the 600C (#SE2661) set at any point. Many
players will choose to play the long and middle irons from the 600C set and
then use the short irons from the 600B set. The head sizes, offsets, weights
and topline appearance all match up well with one another no matter where
the sets are combined. Snake Eyes 600B iron heads are the ultimate in looks,

The Snake Eyes 600B Forged Iron
Finally a clean, forged cavity back made in a size that all handicap
levels can play. Designed to be the big brother to the 600C irons,
600XC irons offer larger head sizes, deeper cavities and slightly
thicker topline. The face thickness is 30% thinner in the top portion
of the cavity than most irons made possible by a newly developed
6-step forging process. The thinner face allows for a lower center
of gravity (CG) and increased cavity depth in the lower portion of
the iron. 600XC irons are true billet forged from the same S45C
carbon steel delivering a soft feel of a forged iron while giving the
forgiveness most players need.

head. 600W wedges offer wider sole widths than the Orginal Snake Eyes
Forged wedge and a tour beveled sole design to enhance the playability
from the sand, rough or fairway. Bounce angles are geared to be current
with trends by PGA Tour players. The 60* wedge is designed with 10 degrees
of bounce to allow better play from the sand and rough. "U" grooves are
CNC machine milled for utlimate accuracy.
